Notable: I have no graphics card. EDIT: I have integrated graphics (Intel HD Graphics 4600).
Problem: After launching the product (Action! 1.20.2(.0)) with setup (original) preferences (and administrator permissions) the product doesn't do anything but stay on the launch screen. After launching Task Manager three notable background processes launch: Action! (32 bit), action_logon, action_svc. Or sometimes just Action! (32 bit) on it's own. Action! (32 bit) uses CPU for about three seconds after launch until it drops to not using the CPU at all, also action_logon usually uses CPU for a few seconds at a time, but uses 0.2% of the 3.20 GHz CPU max.
Fixes: Nothing I've done so far fixes the problem at all, this includes changing compatibility settings, I've got all the recommended system requirements as well (except from having a graphics card(but I do have integrated graphics(Intel HD Graphics 4600))).
