Recodings completely out of sync

Hi, I bought !Action a while back and while i've run into the occasional recording issue it's absolutely unusable since the last update. I use nvidia nvenc recording at 60 fps on several games and not a single recording goes 30 seconds before the audio and video get completely out of sync.
My specs: i7 3770, gtx 780, 16Gb ram
Before the last update, Nvidia nvenc worked perfectly. No issues at all.

Besides that, we cant record arma 2 anymore with !Action, i have no idea why.

I am far from being an isolated case here. When will this be fixed? Should i simply seek out a different recording software?
