Can't upload video to Youtube

Just trying to upload a two-minute video to Youtube but can't seem to export. It says Exporting but remains at 0% and doesn't do anything. We tried downloading from Youtube and it seemed to load and then it says Processing and then doesn't do anything so we're still not able to download. I am not a computer guru but I have tried everything including disabling my firewall. Can anyone please help?

Please try turning off the hardware acceleration in Export Settings and see if that helps.
