Why does my anti virus keep pulling a fit?

Yeah my AVG anti virus doesn't like action. It see's it as a threat and removes it. Then sometimes when the anti virus is feeling extra paranoid it won't even let me run the installation exe, proceeds to delete it.
Why is this?
I'd like to use action because it looks sleek, professional and easy to use but there is no way on earth I'm disabling my anti virus and honestly I'd rather not use something that my anti virus doesn't like.

It's probably a false positive alert. Please try adding Action! to your AV software white list.
