Startup Of Action!

I updated to the latest version of Action. But when I opened Action, it didn't show up. There was a window that said "Do you want the following program to make changes to this computer?" I clicked Yes and nothing else popped up after 3-5 minutes. I use Windows 8.1 Enterprise.

I have already restarted my pc. I've sent an email to them before. They told me to go into safe mode.
