One problem with streaming

Saw someone saying their Twitch streaming didn't produce anything, for my Twitch worked perfect. On the other end I stream to a "custom" server, which works perfectly with OBS and XSplit, but somehow doesn't show the "Live" icon while it *would* be streaming, and indeed if i check the stream, it doesn't receive data.

So I'm not sure what's wrong here.
