PC Specification: windows 8.1

Wont start

Every time I try to open Action! it says 'DISPLAY ERROR [D3D] Failed to create D3D device!' does anyone know how to fix this? I bought the full version and same message appears

It's probably related to your drivers. Have you tried re-installing them?
