Audio and Video Problems

Fri Apr 10, 2015 5:51 am

I recently bought Action! around a week ago, and it was working perfectly fine, until Wednesday. Everytime, I record, if I try to open the file, in Windows Media Player, then the video freezes, and nothing happens. And if I try to put that video, into Sony Vegas Pro 12, half of the audio gets cut out, and is no longer there. But the video still plays. I have Realtek as my Audio Manager, and if I hit the option to use the Digital Output, for Realtek, on Action! the video works completely fine, in Windows Media Player, and Sony Vegas Pro 12. BUT, I get no audio whatsoever. And if I put the option to either System Default, or my Speakers, from Realtek, I get audio, but the problem mentioned before, is what happens. So basically, if I get Audio, it doesn't play in WMP, and half of it is cut, in SVP12. I'm using Action! 1.24.2, but I recently updated it to 1.24.3, to try and fix the problem, but it still remains. I even completely uninstalled it, via Regedit, and reset everything back, to their original settings, and the problem still occurs. I'm using 1.24.2 as of right now, and I can view the video perfectly fine, in the Action! video player.

My PC Specs: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760

Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770S CPU (3.10GHz)

12GB Ram

2TB Hard Drive

Do you know of any, known solutions? If so, that would be great, as I'm sick of trying to fix it. As far as I know, I've tried everything that I could possibly do, to fix it, but it seems that I either get, no audio, and perfect video; Or perfect video, but half cut audio.

This was on Tuesday: http://prntscr.com/6rw9wg As you can see, there is constant audio throughout the entire video.
This is Today: http://prntscr.com/6rwd1a And as you can see, the audio is cut in half.

I recorded the one from today, using 1.24.3, so updating is out of the question.

Sorry if I'm breaking any rules, double posting, but I've figured out the solution. If anybody else has this problem, changing my Hz in Realtek, to the Default Setting (24 Bits 48000 Hz) fixes it. For some reason, I can't do 24 Bits 192000 Hz, but it's whatever. I'm just happy that I got it figured out.
