Wits End. Please Help. Program Crashes

First off. It took me 10 minutes to create an account here. Between activating/signing in/chrome.

Action! has been on a streak of crashing every time I try to stop a recording. I uninstalled the program and reinstalled it, running CCleaner while it was uninstalled and nothing seems to work. Can somebody help? I am so stressed. Been at this for two days.
