Can't record in 1080p or 1080p 60fps

I have been ignoring this problem for a while, but I cannot record in 1080p 30fps OR 1080p 60fps using ANY of the file formats. That being for me, AVI, MP4 and MP4 (AMD App). When I try to record my games that play in 1080p 60fps, Action defaults to 720p 30fps on all recording formats. Why is this?

OS: Windows 7 64bit
Video Card: AMD Radeon R9 270 2GB
Memory: 8GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Game Problem: ALL Games
Video Type: I've tried all available video types, AVI, MP4 and MP4 (AMD App)

Also using the latest version of Action (1.24.3.0)

My guess is that you have ticked LIVE streaming which overwrites your Video Recording settings.
