No sound no matter what

I am literally bought a punching bag because of this software. I been so upset because of this not working. I have switch every which way to just record one ounce of sound and nothing will work.. nothing. First I want to know if I can get a refund I bought it in the last 24 hours and second if your smart enough can someone please help me for the love of god.

Could you post a screenshot from your Audio Settings tab?

I sent a refund request in. I explained everything I tried doing and the fact that I got 20 tech to control my computer and still couldn't figure it out. Please read into the email and hopefully refund. Completely sorry for the major inconvenience.

Have you tried reaching Mirillis technical support?

No because I went through huge chunk of the forums and watched countless youtube tutorials and decided that going through tech support that is basically going to tell me to do this and that go on a day by day tangent because its through text just to end with them saying we don't know, wasn't for me so I sent refund request.

It has done the exact same thing for me and i have done what you have and looked at a lot of YouTube tutorials and I even copied the settings from one of my friends that uses the software but no sound what so ever. I need an answer fast.
