Recording Full Screen Lag? (Recently Happened)

Well recently I started recording again and my frames are locked at 30 FPS on minecraft but when i dont record I'm at 150-400 :/

When I go in half size mode it doesn't lag but fullscreen its unplayable! Please help!

Action! does not lock your frame rate. Red HUD indicates current recorded fps. If you will set 30fps to record your videos the red HUD will show maximum recorded FPS not actual game fps.

Ok well I don't understand just a couple days ago I recorded 60 fps no lag and now I'm gettin screen lag and it's only says 30 fps and not 60 in thee HUD.


Recently when I record it's just so glitchy the quality comes back good but not the gameplay !
