Opening Action instantly crashes Minecraft

So I have used Action a lot and it has been working fine until today, when I opened Action, it instantly crashed Minecraft when it was open. When I tried to reopen Minecraft, it would just crash as soon as I clicked play in the launcher. I have a Windows 8.1 computer, and this has never happened before. Please help! :)

This happened when I had OptiFine on but it also happened when my game was unmodded.
