I have a problem with the option LIVE STREAMING Action !. I have the 1.25.1 release.
When I want to do a live, YouTube tells me all the time in "Flow State": Bad.
Here is my Speedtest :
I put in the 2 sides (Action and YouTube!): 1080p 60fps
In Bitrate I put 12,000 or 9,000 or 7,500, this does not change.
Such 720p 60 fps.
I have put the YouTube profile.
The name of the stream, the primary server is filled ...!
I in fashion Games / Applications or active desktop mode.
I have a laptop (ASUS N73SM with 6 GB of RAM).

Please use a key frame rate less than or equal to 2 seconds. Key frames are not sent frequently, which will cause a buffering. Current key frame rate: 6.0 seconds. GOP sizes can be erroneous if integration errors.
