Action won't Install

I recently updated Action and when it was installing the update it said "Can't write: C:\Program Files\Mirillis\Action\action_svc.exe"
I then aborted the installation and tried uninstalling and re-installing Action but I still get the same message. Help?

Please restart your PC before applying new update. Probably one of Action! files is still in use.
