Action! wont record in 4k.

Hi guys, tried getting action to record in 4K with my new setup and it refuses, tried using in 'original' record mode as it only goes to 1080p in the options.

OS: Windows 8.1
Video Card: Nvidia GTX980Ti
Current Driver version and date: 353.06 released 31/05/2015
Memory: 16 GB DDR4
Monitor Resolution: ASUS PB287Q @ 3840x2160
Recording mode: tired both Game/Application, Screen Mode
Video Type: tried avi, mp4 and mp4 nvenc

Also, noticed a scaling issue with 4k, the Action! window appears extremely small in comparison to all other windows, it's not a massive issue, just an annoyance.
