Action! crashes Battlefield 4

Hey guys,
Just tryied to record some BF4 footage. After more or less 5 minutes the game crashes and gives me following explanation:
(sadly its in german but I think you get the point. This is the Error description by Windows 8)

And I noticed that I can't install Action! on another drive, since the installer is buged. Please fix that as soon as possible. Tried reinstalling it several times.
