Problem action!!

Good. i have a problem with the action apparently the quality of video recording is bad already setting all in good quality and even so the videos are terrible.

Check if you have ticked "Enable Action! LIVE Streaming". If yes, disable this option because it overwrites your current settings from your Video Recording tab.
