Action wont work AT ALL! error 106 then blank screens

So recently, I downloaded these 3 things called utorrent, raptr, and screaming bee audio morphvox, I also updated my AMD driver. when I first installed these, ACTION! was acting a bit weird, I would see the startup small window for a millisecond then itll disappear. So I though, "oh, must be a small error." so I uninstalled it and re installed it, when I was installing it a step had to be skipped because I forgot to get rid of the mirillis folder in program files. So then it wouldn't let me because another program was running it, I then went in task manager and stopped the service of action! and all of the process related to it. I realize now that was a BIG MISTAKE. When I finally got rid of the folder, It was reinstalled and then whenever I tried to start it up, the error message said it had to run on newer versions, so then I changed the compality mode. At that point whenever I tried to click it, all 3 of my screend would go black with the occasional flash of my desktop picture. I then had to restart, reinstall it, get rid of the folders, we are now where Im at now where it would say error 106 please add action! to directory...Despite its there anyways, I was so panicked by this I got rid of my AMD driver and I then brought it back to 14.40, still same problem except now, when I try to open it, the resuloution zooms in drastically and it says the same error message, then the blank screen happens. I honestly love this product and I don't believe it has anything to do with this, But I would still like to know what in the hell is going on, I just got rid of all files involving action! just to see if thatll help in anyway.

Due to technical reasons Action! have to be installed into default directory. However recently we have discovered that some users configurations may cause a Critical Error 106 which is responsible for checking installation directory. If your Action! has been installed into Program Files x86 please move the Mirillis catalog to Program Files then.
