Action! Recorder Crash While recording Photoshop

Fri Aug 29, 2014 10:37 am

I have purchased Action! to record my photoshop tutorial videos... But everytime I start recording, Action! crashes after few minutes or seconds.... I think I did mistake by purchasing this software. I tried to contact mirillis support team through email, but even they don't know what to do... It is possible somehow to fix this? Or in the last case get a refund?

Might want to post computer specs (camera, if you used one, CPU, GPU, Mobo, etc) to help them out with support.

Check this out first and you might have a quicker time getting help: http://forum.mirillis.com/viewtopic.php?f=36&t=34549

I noticed that when I use brackets ( "[" or "]") to resize brush size, Action! stops working. So I think that's the problem...

Does the same issue occurs when you re-size your brush while holding the Alt key and move your mouse?

Yes, The problem is not the way how I resize brush size, but How big is brush. Like Basic soft brush with 653+ size (I tested it) crashes the action!. It is random with other brushes.

Action Crashes because of big sized brush.

Just wanted to bump this thread, as I am having the exact same crash as the original poster.

The crash occurs for me in Photoshop CC, CC 2014, and CC 2015 any time my brush gets over 1200 px or so. There isn't a set size that causes the Action! crash, just when the brush gets too big. I also wanted to mention that the crash is not a result of using the mouse, it just crashes when the brush gets too big.

Here are my PC specs:

Windows 7 64-bit
64GB RAM
i7-5960X
GeForce Titan

I am using the most recent version of Action!

I would really appreciate a fix for this problem, as it seems to have not been solved.

Thanks very much.
