4:3 stretched resolution help?

Hi. I am trying to record csgo with action, and so far it has worked great, good frame rate and audi, etc, except for one problem. I play csgo in a stretched resolution (1280x960) which looks fine in game, but when I record, it puts black bars around the recording and I can't figure out how to get rid of them. I am playing on a 27 inch BenQ monitor with native resolution of 1920x1080. Any suggestions are appreciated
