What happened?

Sun Sep 13, 2015 4:41 am

So a few months ago my hard drive crashed. i got the drivers, just a more updated one of dell's intel hd graphics 4400. I am having trouble with recording Minecraft. I am limited to 30 fps and it drops down to like 25 - 28 or 30. I can only see 30 when recording. Before that I could see my 60fps and be recording at 30. What happened? I am stuck with another bad recording software that doesnt give quality as good as this. I have a computer to handle this. How do I know? I used to hit 70fps while recording with your software at original file size/ 720p - 30fps. Plz help!
