Action became really glitch with new update (True or not)

With this recent update my action became really glitchy here is my Action settings :
File format : AVI
Video Size : Original
FPS : 30
It keeps cutting parts automatically between the video. Now, I do YouTube and have daily uploads so this is a really big disaster for me as it cuts out parts where I do not want it to and it also lags hard in some other parts. My PC isn't the best but I assure you before this update I bought it and it was working perfectly please help...
