Audio track on PowerDirector 13

Hi,
I have some difficults to edit my video .mp4 on PowerDirector 13.
I have set Action! software to record multi track audio, game sound and my voice from mic.

The video is good, but ...
.. when I open video .mp4 on Sony Vegas I have:

1 video track
1 audio track from gameplay sound
1 audio track from mic (my voice)

When I open Video .mp4 on PowerDirector 13 I have:

1 video track
1 audio track from gameplay sound.
nothing else.

why?

PS: You suggest to switch track by pressing "A" on software video player ... but, I want extract all tracks from video .mp4!!
How I can do it?

As for your issue. Please check if PowerDirector 13 support video files with multiple audio tracks. Adobe Premiere Pro for example does not.
