Help With Action!!!! Please!

Hi, I am having problems with action recording. Not like it crashing or anything but more about what I am recording and why it is having problems. I tried to record a game called CS:GO, I can record it just fine with seeing 60fps and recording at 30 720p, high quality, 100% bitrate. When the recorder hooks itself onto my program it says DX9. Then when I go to Minecraft it changes to OGL and I am having problems with stuttery video and not even being able to record at the same settings. Please help.

Also please note that i do not have my games open at the same times.
