Action Not Working In HD!

I Recently purchased the full version on mirillis action. Everything is working fine but when i record in 1080p at 60fp5 in AVI format; it looks as it was in 140p resolution. Ive reinstalled many times but still have the same problem. Also the frame rate counter in the top right it weirdly coloured and has some artifacts. I Would take a screen shot of the frame rate counter but it doesn't capture it because its an overlay.

If You Could Respond; Please do because now I am very upset that I spent $40 australian dollars on a non-working screen recorder. I was very happy that i got the product but am very diapointed now and will have to go back to using camtasia studio 8.
