Problem with Action!

Hello !

One month ago, I've bought Action! When I want to record a game I loose 20fps. :/
It's a problem because I am between 20-30fps and it's a bad video quality.
I've tested recording with "MP4 Nvidia" but I've a sound lag because of the video format.
On screenshots, my Action! configuration:

Try using default MP4 and turn down the bitrate to 60% (or so), for me it seems that changing the bit-rate to around 60% doesn't have any massive quality degradation.

What game causes you to lag?
