[Request] Blacklist Feature

I know this has been posted before, but this really needs it's own thread.
Please add in a recording blacklist for DirectX/OpenGL recording!

It is such an essential feature needed for an application of this type.
DirectX has become more popular for rendering applications given the rise of WPF applications.
Media players also often conflict with Action!, the problem is not just the overlay. The problem is that if you have any of these programs running in the background while playing a game, they will steal focus for the recording. Meaning your game play is not being recorded.

We shouldn't be forced to close down all of our applications just to ensure that recording will work properly.
Allow users to define a blacklist of applications that they do not want to have recorded/hooked.
