Action Won't Start After New Graphics Card

I just switched from my old Radeon HD 7970 to an Nvidia GTX 970. I tried running Action! and nothing happens.

I check the running processes and it shows that Action! bin, Action bin (32 bit) and action_svc.exe (32 bit) are running but no application appears on the desktop.

I've tried reinstalling with a complete wipe of registry entries and with my antivirus turned off.

I am a registered user but no longer have the full version install (I've contacted support about re-obtaining one). I figured that if I can't get the trial version to work then I probably won't have much luck with the full version.

Any help in getting the program running again would be sincerely appreciated.
