Action! YouTube Upload Poor Quality

Here are my current settings using Action! (my screen recorder):

Before I've uploaded the video to YouTube, the quality and FPS are perfect - exactly as I'd like them. Upon uploading them to YouTube however, the quality of the video is skewered (although notably the FPS is not). I have Sony Vegas Pro, but I usually use Windows Movie Maker to edit (I have in the case of this video). I have not rendered it, etc. If there was a way using these programs, settings I could adjust to increase the quality of the final product video, what would I want to do?

Did you uploaded your MP4 video straight to YT or edited it before?
