Problems with webcam when i record in AVI

Hello support, i hope you can help me (sorry if my english is bad im from argentina). I bough action some weeks ago and i been recording with this fantastic program before i buy it in another computer. The problem is that when i record my gameplays/desktop in AVI my webcam doesn't appear in the video. At the moment that im recording i see the light of my webcam that lets me know that is recording but it doesn't appear when i play the video, but it does when i record in MP4. Please i hope you can help me. Thank you.

Webcam may not be working in two cases:
- Check if you have Perfect Video Match mode enabled. If yes, please disable it.
- Check if you have selected Record Mouse Cursor, it's required to show the webcam properly.
