Choppy recording on i7 in CSGO with Action!

I have a fairly good system yet I get choppy gaming experience whenever I play CSGO and record with Action!. I record at 1080p, High and 60FPS. I get around 280 FPS before recording and then around 105-135 after initiating recording, yet I still get a choppy gaming experience. Does anyone here know what could be causing this?

I have tried both AVI and MP4 (AMD). I have ensured that the program takes advantage of multi-core rendering. I have tried to clean wipe my GPU drivers and installed these again with the newest software. Yet still the same.

Any idea what this is caused by? I see tons of people on YouTube with REALLY smooth video recordings, and I just cannot get anywhere near to that.

OS: Windows 10
Video Card: Radeon R9 290x
Memory: 16 GB
Monitor Resolution: 1920x1080
Game Problem: CSGO
Video Type: AVI or MP4 < BOTH!

Could you please try turning your HUD off and see if the same issue occurs?
