"Active Screen Region" selection frame doesn't show up

Hello!

I've been using Action! for a few months and I didn't have many problems, I think it's the best screen recording program.
But a week ago I discovered that the screen region selection frame does not appear when selecting the "Active Screen Region" recording method. I've never used it but now I need to use it. I've never used it but now I want to, and I'd be grateful if you could help me.
