Some problems of recording

Hi dudes,
So I bought Action! yesterday but I did not noticed some problems before paying this, I explain it.
I'm training PVP on Minecraft and I'm recording each game I play. I use the mod "selected application" and I play in full screen windowed. I thought it was not important but when double click on the video I want to watch on Action app and I put this video in fullscreen there is a little piece of my taskbar in the bottom, something like 2 milimeters. It's a bit disturbing when you are trying to do Youtube contents.
My second problem: when I open the file when my videos are, and I double click on a video, I only have the sound I went on the properties of my video and it is a "video .mp4" but no, it's not... I told me "Ok, perhaps this problem can be fixed if you download splash 2.0" so I did it but the problem is still here
I hope you could help me, i'm currently mad...

That's the 2nd problem: I can't use the videos... There is only the sound when I go the the file where the videos are. I double click on the .mp4 but no images, only sound.
I don't know if you see my problem, it's a bit diffucult to me to explain it clearly. I'm not good in english
