End Record = Forced Closed and Video Corrupt

Hello Team,

After i used this Apps for streaming, im really impressed.

So, after for a while i used this for livestream, i used it to record game w/o mic. and it going smoothly.
Then, I used again to record while im using discord with my friends, i already switch the mic to my earphone mic.
After it done, it happend. When i push stop rec, the apps suddenly restart itself and the my video cant be opened.

Then ill try to another, only 5 sec until 15sec , then the apps restart itself again.
After checking, i forgot to change the sound record to my earphone mic. Then the record is going better, but after record they still restart again.

Was it because of my external mic (earphone mic).
But, i run well when i do streaming with my external mic...

Any Idea ??

So Action! will crash if you record your headset microphone?

Please provide us your PC DxDiag report. It will help us investigate your problem.
To run a dxdiag report follow the steps below:

If you are running Windows Vista or higher go to your task bar.
Click on, "Start Button".
Click on, "Run".
In the pop-up window enter dxdiag and hit ok.
The DirectX Diagnostic Tool pop-up window should appear.
Click on, "Save all information tab".
"Save As" window should be present.
Click on, "Save" (The file should be saved to your desktop as dxdiag)
Close the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Attach generated txt file to your reply.

Try disabling Asus Sonic Suite and see if that helps.

Im already unistal Asus Audio Wizard and its work perfectly.
