Critical error 103

Good day,
I updated Action! 2.8.2 to version 4.3.1.
After having indicated my serial number received by email 2 years ago, I got the Critical error 103.
I then followed step by step the procedure provided (I did it 3 times actually) but still facing the same issue.
Could you please provide me the way to sort it out as my software is now totally useless !

Try uninstalling Action! and install it again.
