Problem Description
Game: RDR2
Issue: Frame drop / Jitter / Stuttering - only while panning view with mouse.
Video Editor: Davinci - Haven't tried to edit yet due to bad video recording.
Description: Recorded video Jitters or Stutters using DX12 or Vulcon API.
Note: This only shows up in the gameplay recordings, Not what I see on screen while recording game play !
Like the original poster said its a mini stuttering, Kinda like recording at 30 Fps but missing every 4th frame. For me it only happens when looking around with the mouse - if I just stand still all game motion is dead on smooth and perfect, animals people walking by with no jitter - I can stand on a fast moving train looking in one direction with stuff wizzing by and all recorded motion is smooth as a bell, until i move the mouse.
I just started using Action to record my game play for the funny parts to save ( Time Shift ) but this happens on AVI too. I used Action years ago for WOW and just started using it again for RDR2, I do have some experience with it.
I have tried Everything for setting I can think of... from windows game mode settings to off - HI LO Bit record rate settings - Full screen to window full border - lowest setting in RDR2 - high frame rate to lowest frame rate matched frame rate in Action and Game settings - G Synk on off.
I have researched through the forums, YouTube videos to no avail, Any help would be appreciated thanks.
