Error 0xc150004 when launching Action

Hello
For the last few days, I've had the issue of getting an error message when trying to launch Action!: "The the application was unable to start correctly (0xc0150004). click OK to close the application. Clicking OK to close the application."
Clicking OK closes the error itself, but the Program is stuck in the loading animation until i kill the task using task manager.

Reinstalling Action! has not fixed the problem, though using system restore and going back to a restore point of around a week ago did fix the problem for about 1-2 days. I have not installed any programs during this time.

I've attached the DirectX Diagnostic file

Any help would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

It is not a problem with Action! but most likely it is a problem with missing or corrupted system file/s.

Try the steps shown here: https://windowsreport.com/application-error-0xc0150004/
and see if that works.
