Is there a noticeable difference in video quality between AMD encoder vs NVIDIA encoder when recording in HEVC around 50-70 mbps.
Note : I am aware that at lower bitrate NVENC produces far superior image than AMD's encoder. But I will not be streaming in a confined bitrate. I usually use 55+mbps for recording. Also NVIDIA importers are ruthless in my country as 4080S costs around 2 times 7900XTX.
