Stutters / dropped frames using Action 4.45.0

Hi.
I am a registered user, and I just noticed very weird thing after upgrading to latest Action! 4.45.0 - captured videos in "Game mode" has moments, when frames dropped / video stutter every some time. I am using same settings as orevious version which is working completely fine and without any issues.
Tried on my both configurations :

1. Ryzen 9 7940HS with Radeon 780M both H264/HEVC
2. Intel i9 12900 with both integrated UHD770 and GTX1080

Tried a couple of resolutions starting from 1920x1080 and 2560x1440 etc...
I've been always using "Ultra" quality and max bitrate before for either x264 or HEVC and have never experience this issues or any of my PCs.

To me this looks similar to capturing in OBS when Preset/CPU usage is set to high, however CPU/GPU usage us pretty low when capturing with Action!
I wonder if you changed some settings for quality presets ( ULTRA, HiGH etc) or it's something else causing this.


PS. I just recorded / captured some movie in 1920x1080 24FPS , nearly 2Hours long, using integrated UHD770 in HEVC , ULTRA quality, MAX bitrate, Game Mode, using previouse version 4.44.1 and all is perfectly fine.

It sounds frustrating to face frame drops after upgrading. Since previous versions worked smoothly, this issue might be related to the quality of the presets. Hopefully, developers release a quick fix so performance returns to normal soon.

I’m experiencing the same issue after updating to 4.45.0. The video stutters randomly, even though my system performance is fine. Rolling back to 4.44.1 seems to fix it completely for me.

Hey, I noticed similar stutters after updating to 4.45.0, even though my system handled 4.44.1 perfectly. I wonder if they tweaked how the "Ultra" preset handles frame pacing or bitrate.
