Twitch enforces a strict ingest limit (traditionally 6,000 Kbps for non-partners/affiliates, stretching to a hard cap of around 8,000 Kbps for partners). When you set Action to anything above 6,000 (like 8,000 or 10,000), you are overwhelming Twitch's live ingest server. The live player rejects the video feed because it breaks their protocol—hence the black screen with audio. However, Twitch's VOD processing system parses the raw data stream after the fact, which is why your uploaded Video on Demand (VOD) looks fine later.
