Somehow Corel Video Studio X5 is not opening our .avi file correctly. We are trying to solve this.

Windows 8 Action! 1.6.0 error

Does not support Windows 8
Windows 8 is currently in RP phase and lots of components for it are also beta. We will adapt Action! to final version of Windows 8 as soon as it's released.

Hi Vardoc!

Like radi said, there are some problems for Corel with opening our avi files.
We will investigate this however it seems to be the only software supporting VfW decoders not working with our avi.

There is a workround for this problem.
You can remux our avi using in example AVI Mux Gui and it will work with Corel fine.
Muxing process is quite fast and video quality is not affected.
