thanks mate, but the RAR file is empty? :/ where do i extract the plug ins to? any specific folder?

Its no RAR file. Its 7zip file (Download this, its freeware at http://www.7-zip.org/download.html)

Only extract this to any folder. This Virtualdub version has ALL plugins in correct folders, no action is necessary.

Extract, run and open your file.
