Well its not really free, its a full free trial of the software, and I know I could pay for a full trial but I'm not going to cough up the cash if I'm going to have the same issue currently going on. The Game I'm trying to stream to twitch is Marvel Heroes, and COD BO 2. I can play for either 10min or an hour and than Action, freezes/crashes on me. Now the only things I can think of is, my router can not handle the traffic, or the software is having an issues. I've contacted support twice with no reply yet.

Ahh that trial version, I had that before I bought Action! as well.

Support takes a while to get back, I went down that road too, my first email I sent in a month ago was marked as resolved for whatever reason.

But your upload speed might be the issue especially if you are trying to do it at high traffic times, I am not 100% on that. Very nice download though!

I can't say for sure that it is because it is the 'trial' version, it might also be the resolution you are trying at.

Since I don't know what you have done I am going to cram some things in here for you to try.

1. Stream at a lower resolution.
2. If you are streaming to twitch, get a new stream key.
3. Also if on twitch, have your dashboard open instead of your Channel.
4. Try not recording while you are streaming.
5. Disable everything that is not necessary for streaming.

If all else fails you can try what I did and reformat, but I don't recommend that fora program that you haven't even bought.

After getting a months subscription for the Live Stream, I'm still having the same issue. I've sent numerous support emails with no response. At this point of only owning this product for 4 days I want my money back. Support sucks with this company.
