Yes this software stutters a lot when recording. Everybody says this is the best recording software but I don't understand. Always stutters.

Hi all,

i7 965 Xtrem 3,2 Ghz (stock)
Nvidia GTX 580 1,5 Go VRAM
RAM 12 Go Corsair dominator 1300 Mhz on tri channel (6x2)
Res monitor : 1920x1080
OS W7 64 Pro
Action v 1.19.2

Issue : when I record in live Stream on twitch playing my favorite game "Eurotruck Simulator 2", after some time 2 or 3 mn, the CPU usage reach 100% and I can't stop the record other than killing the process into Windows task manager.
Coming with the 100% CPU usage the Action icon in the task bar get an white "S" over it.

I set the live record to 480p 30fps and don't record the vid on my HDD.

Plus when playing the game and live recording, the game is horrible as shaking not fluid.

Is there a known issue or some anothers get the same ?

(Sorry for my bad English)

Kind regard

What's the Action! CPU use? Does it use 100% of your CPU?

Hi Radi,

Yes Action use 100% CPU usage. I can monitor it on my Logitech G19 keyboard mini screen. And when that happen I can't stop Action other than killing the Action.exe 32bit in task manager. As I record in fullscreen mode when playing Eurotruck Simulator 2, I must close the game before to be able to kill Action process. Even if Eurotruck game is running, Action use 100% CPU usage after randomly time of recording in live stream the game.

As Eurotruck Simulator 2 is a Steam game, I have already test it with the exclude.txt (GameOverlayUI) stuff with no more luck.

The last time I had this bug, the Action icon on the task bar was with an "R" white letter on it. (100% CPU usage)
