If that is the case, then you guys should seriously consider NOT having the FORUMS under the SUPPORT section of your webpage....it will not help saying in random topics that this forum is not a part of the support service with this!

So I tryed out the keys on my keyboard... and guess what. NONE OF THEM WORKED... Except HOME, DEL, END, PAGE UP, PAGE DOWN, 4 ARROW KEYS. Yea... Its effin weird... why they are working when "normal" buttons dont? So if you bind END as record microphone and set it to record on button down, it will work.

I have a wireless logitech keyboard so next step was to exclude that the problem is the wireless. I dig up my very oooooold wired keyboard. Same result. The wireless is not the problem. The problem is, that only these keys works as record microphone.
(Also, I just noticed the same goes for taking a screenshot. Del? YES WORKS, normal buttons? NO GO!)

sycoinc. Please confirm if this is applies to your problem too
Yes this worked for me, but when gaming moving all the way over that side of the keyboard is not useable since most games require the w,s,a,d keys to move.

this is the information their support team sent me after 2 weeks of not hearing from them from my initial support ticket
Hello,
Please try following:
1. Uninstall Action!
2. Press Start and then type "Regedit" in search and press Enter.
2. Go to the following path: HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/Mirillis/
3. Remove Action! catalog.
4. Reboot your PC.
5. Install Action! again on freshly started system. Make sure that your installer file comes from
official website - http://www.mirillis.com.
After i did this, it still didn't work BUT the auto update started working again.... i messaged them back and have not heard from them since the 28th... their support system is rather lacking.

I'm having the same issue, setting my button to the same buttons described fixes the record on button down for me. Current have mine set to END. The difference I'm having is when I set it to ALT on button down, it records all the time without even pushing button.

Do you use a regular keyboard?

Does it have any special features like key mapping? There was previously a similar issue with Logitech gaming keyboard where the keys worked much more like a switch than a hotkey.
