ACTION - NOT RESPONDING , RECORDING OR CLOSING

i have big problem with mirillis action .
i cant close action , when i press ''x'' its not responding , so i have to use task manager .
i cant record videos with it .
i can only record audio .
i have activated mirillis action , and it was working fine .
till two days ago when i was recording my gameplay of mw2 , host left and i had to restart pc beacuse everything stopped . when pc was on again i have this problem , i reinstalled it 4 times , restarted pc , repaired it 3 times , and nothing changed .
i have alienware m14x :
intel core i5-2430m cpu @ 2.4ghz
ram : 8gb
os : windows 7 home premium
system type : 64-bit operating system
please help me , cuz iam going crazy .
