fic to mov

Hey I've recorded the game Battlefield 3 with Action! and the file is an fic file and I want to edit it with sony vegas so I want to change the file to mov (quicktime) but I didnt find any guide on how to change fic to something else on the internet is it even possible ?
EDIT : I've learn how to convert the file format but no matter what I do when I convert the video some audio from it missing about half audio is missing no matter what settings
my specs are
win7 x64
gtx 460 1gb LE SLI
i5 750

and I left general settings as they are

.fic is proprietary format file made by Mirillis and currently can be only exported to .mp4 output format.
