i exported a .fic testfile to .mp4. the sound starts normal, but the video starts 5s to late, so its completely out of sync. does action use its own mp4 encoder? otherwise i installed K-Lite Codec Pack 8.8.0.

Never ever install codec packs, the are good for nothing, just mess up your system. You can play any format with a good player, like Splash Pro, or VLC. Try to uninstall it.

it works well with wincorder, xfire and fraps.
action looks like a lot of potential, but its in its current state it just isnt usable.
