I was trying to export a video the other day, but each time I tried to export it just stood at 0% forever.
I re-installed Action, tried turning off hardware acceleration, and numerous other things but nothing worked.
I finally noticed that my "Export Output Folder" was set to a folder that didn't exist anymore since a recent re-organizing spurt I had. I changed it to a folder that existed and It worked just fine, rendering as quick as usual.
So to summarize why I am posting this, for anyone who currently has or has had this problem, change your output folder to one that you know exists and it should be fixed. Also to the Action team, it might be a good idea to put in some code where if the set output folder doesn't exist, the program asks if you would like to create it. Shouldn't be too hard to do and would avoid this problem in the future.
